Private Rio de Janeiro tours, built and launched spec-first — from a forensic design capture to a live multi-page site with paid search running the same week.

The website
What
A full multi-page site for private Rio de Janeiro tours — homepage plus a dedicated page per tour, built spec-first rather than from a template.
Why
The site is where every channel — paid search, organic, referral partners — actually sends people to prove the business is real and let them book. Getting it live fast, with tracking correct from the start, decides whether that traffic converts or leaks unmeasured.
How
A forensic capture of the target design was turned into a written design-system spec before a single line of HTML was written, then built page by page from that spec — tracking wired in from day one. Google Ads launched the same week the site did: paid search put real bookings in front of tourists immediately, while SEO still needed 2–4 weeks just for Google's first crawl. A later technical audit found Search Console had been verified against the Netlify staging URL the whole time, not the live domain — fixed alongside shipping schema and hreflang tags that were missing across every page.
The offer pages
keytours.guide/tour-music — "Rio's Musical Soul"
What
Each tour — "Rio's Musical Soul," "Night Life," "Rio Nature," and the rest of the catalog — is its own offer page, not a shared template with the name swapped in.
Why
A page only converts if it matches how the visitor actually decides — one clear offer, one action, trust signals placed close to the ask. Building every tour to the same fixed structure also means a new tour can be added later without redesigning the funnel each time.
How
Every offer page is built from the same underlying design-system spec extracted before the first page was written — its own hero image and hook, but the same WhatsApp booking CTA as the one clear action, and the same "Booked by" partner trust row placed identically on every page.
